The Lady Golfer and Beginners Golf Guides

When it comes to the lady golfer and golf guides, there are not many good golf guides available - until now. It is true that a lady golfer could check out the many golf guides on the golf swing or beginners golf guides to get started, but they are not directed at women. One of the new golf guides that have recently become available is specifically for the beginner lady golfer, and I took a look at it to see if it was any good.

The Ultimate Women’s Golf Guide

The guide in question is called the Ultimate Women’s Golf Guide. This particular golf guide is an e-book, which means that you can download it from the Internet and start reading it immediately, or print it out and keep it in a folder.

5 Minutes To Improve Your Golf Putting Technique

putting secretsLet me ask you a question: “Are you happy with your golf putting technique?” Surprisingly, many golfers spend a lot of time and money on perfecting their golf swing but don’t invest anything on their putting techniques.

I know, when it comes down to golf practice time, it is a lot more enjoyable to hit a bucket of balls down the driving range than spend an hour on the putting greens. There are so many golf swing guides that can teach you to hit your drives further, straighter, and with more consistency. That’s great, but what is the point of blasting your drive straight down the fairway, get your approach shot onto the middle of the green, only to three putt for a bogey.

When you consider that about half your golf shots are played on the putting greens then you will realize how important the putting game really is. Take a look at your scorecard after your next round and remember how many three putts, four putts, and lip outs from under three feet you had. If you could learn putting techniques that had you consistently two putting and even one putting, then you are talking about dropping 10 shots or more from your score!

What if there was a putting instruction system that could show you how to drop 10 strokes or more and in as little as 5 minutes. Well, that is what Putting Secrets Revealed can do for you. Think about it; you can recover from a poor drive with a good iron shot; a poor iron shot with a good chip shot; a duffed chip shot with a good putt – but you can’t recover from a missed putt.

Golf Lessons Online Can Significantly Lower Your Score

Personal, Professional Golf Swing Instruction Delivered Weekly!

Have you ever considered taking golf lessons online? There are different ways to improve your golf game, like taking one-on-one golf lessons, group lessons, golf schools, etc., but I have found the method that I prefer. I have found that online golf lessons are the way to go if you want to significantly lower your score.

Many golfers that want to improve their game complain that they can’t afford one-on-one golf lessons or that they don’t have the time to arrange them. These obstacles can be overcome with golf lessons online as they cost considerably less than other types of golf lessons and you can fit them into your schedule whenever you have the time.

One thing you have to consider is the quality of the online golf instruction. There are several options when it comes to choosing online golf lessons and some of them are not worth the money. As a researcher and reviewer of golf equipment and services, I make it my job to hunt down the best golf resources online. I found a couple of options for excellent online golf instruction and I will tell you about the one I consider number one.

Master The Golf Short Game

purepoint golf

The golf short game is one of the important areas in golf that you need to master. How often do you get your long approach shots to finish on the green? The top pros only hit, on average, 13 greens in regulation. The average golfer only manages to hit 3 greens in regulation!

When you come up short of the green, or miss it completely, it generally means that you have to get up and down to save par. If you don’t master the golf short game then you will be looking at a lot of bogeys or worse per round.

If you remember Seve Ballesteros you will know how important the short game can be. He won many tournaments because of his magic around the greens – he had one of the best short games in golf. It is often said that a low round of golf is not made by a series of many great shots but by the lack of many bad shots.

What this means in the short game is that you have to get the ball on the green and close to the hole. A bad shot from around the green could result in the ball going through the green, hitting it into a sand trap, leaving it in the rough, or landing the ball on the green but having it roll off. Even if you get the ball on the green, but 50 feet from the pin, you are not going to sink many putts from that distance. All of these bad shots are going to cost you a stroke or two at the least.

Backyard Golf Practice Tips

As with most sports, if you want to get better, you have to practice. Golf is obviously no exception and the old saying holds true - practice makes perfect. Today, I am going to give you some backyard golf practice tips so that you get the most out of your golf practice.

Instead of doing some backyard golf practice, you could go to your local driving range. But the benefits of practicing golf in your backyard are that you can do it everyday for an hour. Obviously you will need some golf practice aids, unless you have a 350 by 50 yard backyard!

So, what do you need to for backyard golf practice? Basically, you will need golf practice mats and golf practice cages or a golf driving net. There are even some people that set their mat and net inside, but you would need a fairly large room for that.

When practicing golf you should take your time with each shot, just like you would on the golf course. Go through your normal pre-shot routine and focus on each shot. If you have a problem with slicing your tee shots, practice with your driver and try to correct the fault.
