As you will know, traditional golf lessons are usually between a golfer and a golf instructor, known as one-on-one or private golf lessons. Other types of golf lessons include, group lessons, golf school, and golf summer camps. The latest trend, though, is to take golf lessons on the web.
If you have the money and you find a good professional instructor, then private lessons are a good bet. Golf schools can be even more expensive, costing up to $1000 or more for three days, which does not include travel costs or accommodation. For children wanting to learn golf, golf camps can be fun and the child will often come home with a stronger desire to take up golf.
For those of us that don’t have the money for private lessons or for attending a golf school, or for those that can’t schedule the time between work and lessons, let’s take a look at golf lessons on the web.
One place where you can get golf lessons on the web is at the Online Consistent Golf School which is run by Nick Bayley.

Most of you will know that there are many factors that go into improving your golf game. Your golf swing technique is probably the most important, followed by your level of fitness and flexibility.
If you want a perfect golf swing, you should also consider what golf equipment you are using; specifically, the type of golf clubs and balls that you are using. The majority of golfers don’t consider if their clubs and balls are matched to their particular style of golf, and other factors like, swing speed, age, physical size, handicap, etc.
There is a golf swing manual that I have admired for a long time, and now that it has been updated for 2008, it is even better. It is called The Instant Golf Swing and in it you will learn the golf swing key. The key is one simple move that will have you striking the ball with repeatable accuracy and power.
The author, Robert Cotter, was in the privileged position of watching and analyzing many professional golfers swings. As a golf ball engineer working for a major golf ball manufacturer, he had the opportunity of watching these top golfers strike hundreds of balls. He couldn’t understand how it was possible that every pro had different swings, grips, stances, and physical sizes, yet they all arrived at the perfect impact position and could send the ball flying straight down the range.

Golf, it seams, is a constant battle to stay on top of your game. Whether you play competition golf or just “friendly” games with your golf buddies, you are always on the lookout for ways to improve your game. If you are just starting to learn golf, you will have to consider which type of golf lessons you want to take.
Whatever your level, professional golf lessons can be very effective – but also very expensive. You will also have to schedule your work or school routine around your golf lessons. So, what are the alternatives if you want the cheapest golf lessons?
Personally, I really like video golf lessons, and I know that many golfers also prefer this method for learning or improving their golf game. When it comes to learning, some people prefer written lessons in the form of books or ebooks; looking at diagrams and photos; or listening to audio lessons – but given the chance, the majority would prefer learning from video or DVD.
The benefits of video golf lessons are numerous; first, the price of one golf instructional video will cost you less than a one hour lesson with a golf instructor; second, you can take your lessons when and where you like; third, you can watch the video, rewind it, and pause it whenever you need more time with a particular golf lesson; and fourth, the video image will often have diagrams and colored lines to pinpoint a certain technique which makes for a better understanding of the golf lesson in question.

Every golfer is on the lookout for cheap golf lessons to help them learn to golf better. Unfortunately, one-on-one golf lessons are not cheap, so you have to look for alternative methods if you want to save money.
One method that is becoming increasingly popular is to find cheap golf lessons online. There are many different types of golf lessons online – golf instructional DVD’s, online golf schools, audio lessons, and golf instructional ebooks.
The benefits of looking online for instructions for golf are that they are cheaper, you can learn at your own pace, in your own home, and in the format that you prefer. Of course, you have to choose the online golf instruction with care, as there is a lot of crap out there.
That is where this golf blog comes into play as I spend time researching and trying out different golf products. Today, I am reviewing a golf instructional ebook that promises to help you drop 7 – 10 shots from your average score.
