I can attest to the benefits of this book. I have limited hip mobility and some rotator cuff problems. The Senior Golfers Guide takes this into account and has helped me improve on my game. It’s rare to find a good resource especially for seniors, let alone one for golf. This one is certainly recommended.

Thanks a lot for bringing this book to my attention. I bought it on your advice, and it thought I should give you my feedback.
This book is really what it promises, a great and VERY comprehensive resource for beginner golfers. This is almost information overload, but all is essential stuff for novice golfers. A great book every new golfer should have, highly recommended.
