Don't let the ladies have all the fun!

I found one of these (pink) this year and tossed it in the bag. A few weeks later I decided to hit it during one rather frustrating round. To my amazement, it went almost 20 yards longer off the tee than anything I hit, and a good half club longer with my irons. Nice soft feel with a high, straight trajectory. And soft and silky off the putter. That afternoon I ordered a dozen in clear, and have been delighted with this ball's performance. I just ordered another two dozen, just to stock up, even though these hit so straight they're hard (but not impossible) to lose.

I'm a senior male and I highly recommend these not only for the ladies, but for any golfer with a slower swing speed. The price is a bonus, I've paid 3 times this for balls that did not perform as well for me. Even though I ordered them in "clear" white, I would hit them even if they only came in pink. I like them THAT much.

I bought a dozen of these golf balls for my wife as a trial. After trying them, she left her other golf balls in the bag and now only plays with these. She likes the feel and certainly has no problems seeing these golf balls in the rough because of their intense pink color. A winner.

I play these on tighter courses or when there are lots of leaves on the course because the hot pink color really stands out. They're easier to spot in the air, in the woods, in the rough, anywhere. I get some ribbing from my cave-friends, but they lose more balls than I do, so I don't care.

I also found one of these and played it on a whim. It may be marketed for slower swing speeds, but my swing speed is over 100 mph and I am impressed with the performance. It carries farther for me and is soft on the greens. The ball flight is higher, but I don't have trouble with ballooning. Another advantage is it's hard to lose - pink really stands out in the rough. I am going to order another three dozen right after I finish this review

Your Bushnell Pinseeker 1500 is an advanced premium laser rangefinder comprised of digital technology that allows range readings from 5 to 1,500 yards. Pinseeker 1500 Targeting Modes

BullsEye
Geared for close-range use, this mode acquires the distances of small targets and game without inadvertently measuring background target distances. When more than one object is acquired, the closer of the two objects is shown on the LCD display.

Ignores the foreground, such as brush, boulders and tree branches, and provides distances on the LCD display to background objects only.

PinSeeker

Laser Rangefinder Tech Talk

A laser rangefinder is a distance-measuring instrument that uses laser technology to calculate the distance to targeted objects. Accuracy is +/- 1 yard, and the distance is displayed instantaneously on a built-in, through-the-lens Liquid Crystal Display.

How a Laser Rangefinder Works
Bushnell's Yardage Pro rangefinders use an invisible, eye-safe Class 1 Laser beam (as classified by the FDA) which is "bounced" off distant objects with the press of a button. Then, the rangefinder's high-speed digital clock measures the time it took for a laser beam to reach a target and return to the unit. Next, using advanced digital electronics, the rangefinder instantly calculates the distance within +/- 1 yard and shows the range in either yards or meters on a through-the-lens LCD Display. The entire process is so fast that less than a second elapses between the time you press the button to generate a laser beam to the time the exact range to your target is displayed.

Reflectivity of Target Types
Because rangefinders "bounce" a laser beam off the target in order to take a measurement, their range is partially determined by the reflectivity of the target. In other words, hard or "reflective" targets -- like a rock cliff or semi-truck -- can be measured at greater distances than soft surface targets, like a deer. Ranges for moderately reflective targets, like trees, fall somewhere in the middle. Most experienced hunters will use their rangefinder to frequently estimate ranges to near and distant landmarks before they actually encounter a game animal. By "pre-measuring" ranges to spots where a trophy is likely to appear, they can concentrate on making an accurate shot when the moment of truth arrives.

This is a great deal. This bag has plenty of room to stash all your beer and even keeps a few of them cold for you at the same time. Bought this bag for $74.99 @ my Army PX and I can't say enough about how happy I am. There was only one hidden in the stockroom and when I asked about a display bag the sales lady mentioned having something to show me. Guess it was my lucky day.

The review: The 14-way dividers are great, no more tubes needed like my old bag, and there are pockets galore. Bag is light for a cart bag and can be handled easily with a full load. You'll need a cart for the course, but you should know that. The side putter holster is cool, and although I am a fair weather golfer, I am sure the umbrella holster will be well appreciated by others as well. The cooler is great and there is a single drink cup too that holds cans or 20oz bottles if you like. The bag looks great, if it had a Ping or Nike logo this thing would be 250-350 bucks easy. Don't let the brand fool you, this bag is made for players!

Tight Fit

Despite the adequate number of pockets, they don't hold as much as you would think. They are not "full" enough without much "give", so items tend to fit too tight against the core. And with a Sun Mountain Speed Cart, the bag does not fit because of the rear location of the putter well.

Additionally, there is only one ring to hang anything on (like a towel or a ball pouch)... and that ring is on the very back and not accessible. Also the cooler pocket barely holds a 32 ounce drink; it has to be put in at an angle and is a very tight fit. Good luck with multiple cans of drinks.

The 14 full length individual club slots are very good. Also the bag material is very good and strong. Overall, I rate it a "B-"

What is wrong with my 3 iron golf swing?

Any tips, lessons, or drills you could tell me would be greatly appreciated.
Its just when I hit is it doesn’t go into the air very high and go very far i do not know whats wrong.

Well, I watched your swing.

I will first start off by saying this. The 3 iron is the hardest club in the bag to hit besides a 2 or 1 iron. It takes a precise strike with a great amount of clubhead speed to make the club worthwhile. This is because of the light weight and low loft of the club. This is why utility woods and hybrids have become so popular.

Secondly, your swing has quite a few issues, but to put it shortly your swing doesn’t have a powerful nor precise movement. I would recommend staying away from your long irons until your overall swing improves.

My official recommendation is to get lessons from your local PGA Professional. The money is more than worth it and you will see dramatic changes and before too long be hitting a 3 iron just fine.

Golf Training Aids

Congratulations you have discovered the “Best New Product” award from the PGA’s Merchandise Show. We could take a few paragraphs explanaing it, but if you watch the video you will see why it won this presigious award. The best thing about BirdieBalls is that you can play with them anywhere.
