The tip you’ve received is false. Think of your swing as a pendulum. The further you swing forward the higher your club moves from the ground. Here’s my tip to you : If you feel as though higher tee’d ball position gives you more distance, then you should place the ball further forward in your stance to match the height. Find your balance and work on it from there.

    Hi,
I have a Clevland Launcher 10.5 deg loft. People say tee the ball higher to get more distance. But, when I tee the ball higher, I hit it up not her. Ball doesn’t go beyond 100 yards. So, I started teeing lower. Do you know what swing change I need to make? I tried lifting the club up to match the center with the ball. I was not consistent. Please give some tips.
